An OpenAI safety insider calls the culture 'broken'

OpenAI safety lead David Robinson just quit after 3.5 years at the company, announcing his exit with an essay in The Atlantic that called OAI's culture “broken”, saying “the time for trial and error is over” when it comes to AI’s safety risks.
