DHS Bans DeepSeek Across U.S. Civilian Agencies, Giving 60 Days for Exceptions

A July 24 DHS order made public Monday requires federal civilian agencies to remove DeepSeek technology from IT systems and stop buying its products or services, including third party tools built on its models.
