Florida Man Charged in Box-Cutter Slashing of 70-Year-Old Publix Shopper 3 Months After Probation Ended

Ramsey Thomas Lyons, 47, was charged with aggravated battery on a person 65 or older after police say he slashed a 70 year old shopper at a Punta Gorda Publix on Oct. 10.
