Gladys Assistant 5.1: integrations can add their own widgets and scenes

A community integration can now put its own widgets on your dashboard, and add its own triggers and actions to your scenes. Also in this release: a Spanish translation, an email alert when your Gladys goes down, grid carbon tracking and smoke detector diagnostics.
