Intraoperative margin assessment in colorectal cancer via AI-enhanced multiphoton microscopy

CONCLUSIONS: Our findings suggest that the PVT-Enhanced framework combined with SHG imaging allows accurate, rapid, and label-free tissue characterization that may support intraoperative margin assessment in CRC surgery.
