Lecornu Holds Crisis Meeting After 1,500 French Shops Were Looted

Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu convened a crisis cabinet meeting Monday after one of France’s worst recent outbreaks of disorder, with about 1,500 shops and businesses looted or destroyed over the weekend.
