Marine Seeks to Strike Wrong Address in Cornell Rape Suit After Family Gets Death Threats

A U.S. Marine’s lawyer asked a New York judge to remove a court filing that wrongly listed his client’s address in the Cornell sexual assault lawsuit, saying the mistake exposed his family to doxxing, harassment and death threats.
