NeurIPS 2026 - waitlist [R]

I am trying to register for NeurIPS 2026 in Sydney, they mentioned more tickets would be out mid October and I am registered for the waitlist, however I still haven't heard from them. Anyone on the waitlist for Sydney has managed to get tickets or has been contacted about it?
