This week was about removing dead ends. Private meeting and email access now has a real handoff: request, approve, open. Rep got more reliable in long sessions, and a round of polish cleared up lingering bots, frozen inboxes, and campaign test limits.
Rep now builds complete docs and slide decks from your CRM data, start to finish, and works across ~5x more data per chat. Email got more connected too: connect every inbox you use to one login and share emails and meetings with teammates in one step.
Build documents, pitch decks, deal rooms, and reports directly in Clarify, with the context from your CRM already built in.
Slide decks landed in Rep: QBRs and pitches built from live CRM data. Delegated sending shipped so a teammate can send from your account as you. Skill sharing, a persistent Rep rail, and live meeting transcripts rounded out the week.
This week was about precision. Search tolerates typos and missing accents, Rep computes totals in SQL so the numbers are actually right, and we made a bunch of improvements across meetings, enrichment, and campaigns.
September was about trust and intelligence: Rep builds live reports, every record has its own permissions, agents got reliable enough to leave running, and LinkedIn is coming.
Ask Rep for any report you need and it will build it in seconds.
The Clarify API went public, the desktop app landed on Windows, meetings started prepping and following up on their own, and agents got the cost visibility and reliability to run in production.
This week was about opening up. The Clarify API went live for every workspace — your team and your tools can now read and write CRM records through a public API, a new API keys page, and a developer portal.

April was about opening Clarify up. Prospecting (Lead Finder and Campaigns) went GA and immediately started moving real pipeline for our customers.
Finding your first customers is the hardest thing you’ll do in the early days as a founder. You have no reputation, your product doesn’t work, and you need to convince strangers to give you their time.
Search Clarify's database of companies and contacts with a prompt, and import the ones you want to track in your CRM or send outreach to with Campaigns.
Set permissions, ask a smarter Rep, outbound with Campaigns, and more.
