Smartphone maker Transsion completes Hong Kong listing, raising about HKD 3.06 billion
Transsion Holdings, the Chinese smartphone maker behind TECNO, Infinix and itel, began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on October 15 under stock code 02636. The company offered approximately 86.65 million H shares at HKD 35.30 each, raising about HKD 3.06 billion before expenses.
