Reverse Item Response Theory for Sparsity-Robust Ranking in Fragmented Cancer Drug-Response Matrices

We introduce reverse Item Response Theory (IRT) to pharmacogenomic drug-response analysis by treating cancer types as latent "subjects" with resistance ability and drugs as "items" with evasion difficulty.
